Corporate Social Responsibility

Idaka Corporation’s CSR (corporate social responsibilities) is to contribute to the better development of society, industry and employees through its business activities. The basic idea is in the management creed (management policy, basic policy, company motto) since our founding, and we have been working on reforming the consciousness and system for practical implementation in response to changes in the business environment. In carrying out business activities, Idaka is based on building good relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, and various stakeholders such as local communities, local governments, and government.

Corporate Governance

In May 2015, Idaka Co., Ltd. will continue to practice the “Management Principles,” which is the activity guideline, review the management system in order to continuously improve corporate value, and establish a new corporate governance system and policy. Specifically,

  • Accurate and quicker management decisions.
  • Enhanced check functions for sound management.
  • We are starting new efforts to enhance corporate governance, focusing on confirming the legality and efficiency of activities through internal audits.

Compliance

Idaka Co., Ltd. aims to realize fair and appropriate management based on its business creed and fulfill its social responsibility based on the trust of its customers. To that end, since May 2015, under the leadership of the president and executive officers of the holding company, we have created a new compliance manual and are working to promote compliance in our business activities in Japan and overseas.

As a member of the local community, Idaka Co. aims to be a "good corporate citizen" and values communication with the local community and interaction with the local community. For example, we are actively engaged in activities that contribute to regional revitalization and development, such as cultural and sports activities, festivals, events, and participation in volunteer activities. Environmental Policy

  5. We will make this environmental policy known to all employees and everyone who works in or for the organization and will make it publicly available on our website.
